I’m Ivy Felicia, and I’m so grateful you’re here. As a Certified Holistic Wellness Coach and creator of Body Relationship® methodology, my passion is helping people find peace with their bodies, without the pressure of perfection. 

I know what it’s like to struggle with body shame, chronic illness, and the weight of unrealistic expectations. For years, I thought peace would only come once I “fixed” my body. But the truth? Peace was always possible, I just had to learn how to embrace it.
